Log into the Client Area with your assigned email and Password. Utilize the “Forgot Password?” function if needed. Enter your login credentials and fill in the Captcha before clicking “Login”

Once logged in you will see “your info” to the top left, this is the information attached to your account and if registered with Smart Start Host your domain as well. Below “your info” there is a link to “update” if you have new or updated contact information.
“Services”, “Domains”, Tickets, and Invoices are listed to the right. Each may be clicked on for further detail. Note that “Domains” only reflects those registered with Smart Start Host, and not those simply pointed to Smart Start Host.
“Contacts” is a bonus function for you to use if you’d like.

“shortcuts” in the top left corner and “Register a New Domain” in lower right corner have the same end result. for domain registry and transfer. “Order New Services” is a feature you are not likely to use without assistance from sales and support as an existing client.
“Log In To cPanel” is your most used feature.
“Recent Support Tickets” and “Open New Ticket” Your support team communication tool dedicated and secure to your account.
“Recent News” is a good thing to keep an eye on. We only update with “NEED TO KNOW” information. If you see it change, Read it!

The Menu shows “Portal Home” which is the current page or the “Support Center”. “Account Details” brings you to your listed contact details attached to your account and domain if registered with us. Smart Start Host leaves restrictions to a minimum so keep in mind that changes here will in turn change registry information if you have a domain registered on the account.If you would like to earn some extra cash click on “Refer A Friend” We will help you with any questions you might have but this is a feature that keeps track of your referrals.
