How To Create A Subdomain In cPanel

Getting Started
You will need to log into cPanel. You can access cPanel by clicking the “Log in to cPanel” button located on the homepage of your Smart Start Host Client Area.Once you are logged in you will want to click on “Domains”
Creating A New Subdomain
From the domains screen you will want to click “Create A New Domain”On this screen you will configure your new subdomain. Start by entering what you would like it to ne named. You will want to make sure that the “Share document root” box is un checked if you intend to serve unique content. This is recommended. Once finished click “Submit”. If there are no errors you will receive a popup confirmation that the subdomain has been created.
